Application & Next Steps
All prospective tenants need to complete the Tenancy Application and are required to show proof of income. Canada Revenue Agency’s Notice of Assessment is sufficient, however in some instances additional information may be required. Please click here to download the Tenancy Application.
Q. CAN I SEND YOU MY COMPLETED APPLICATION NOW?
A. No. We ask that you please bring everything required to your individual appointment.
Buildings and Plans
Q. DOES THE SQUARE FOOTAGE INCLUDE BALCONIES?
A. No, balconies are not included in the square footage.
Q. WHICH BUILDINGS ARE PET FRIENDLY?
A. All buildings are pet friendly and will allow cats and dogs only. Pets will be limited to two animals per suite and no more than 35lbs combined weight.
Q. CAN I HAVE A COPY OF THE FLOORPLANS AND SUITE LAYOUTS?
A. We do not send copies - you will be able to view them at your appointment.
Q. WHEN IS THE EXPECTED COMPLETION DATE FOR THE BUILDINGS?
A. All buildings are open.
Additional Costs
Q. WHAT IS THE COST OF PARKING?
A. Underground parking is $145 per month, outdoor surface parking is $85 per month.
Q. WHAT IS THE COST OF THE STORAGE LOCKER? HOW BIG?
A. Standard Units are 4ft x 8ft and rent for $75 per month. Limited quantities available.
Q. WHO WILL BE THE INTERNET PROVIDER FOR THE BUILDINGS?
A. All suite are prewired for both BellMTS and Shaw. It is up to you to schedule services with the provider of your choice.
